Description:
The most frequent description I hear from customers when describing their network file shares is “The Wild West”. No structure, no governance, and usually no clue about what’s stored there. And no time to dig into it to find out. So, what can be done? This presentation will examine several possible strategies to start you on the path from mess to managed—each with varying levels of complexity. It will also highlight emerging technologies coming on board through artificial intelligence. Equally important, we will talk about what to do with those file shares once they are cleaned up.
