Description:

Successful organizations strive to stay ahead of the curve and competition by employing innovative strategies. Law firms are often tasked with advising those organizations as to how they can limit legal risk.  The hottest innovation—artificial intelligence (AI)—is being employed by organizations across the globe to increase productivity, create efficiencies and stimulate creativity.   But at what risk?  As government lawmakers and regulators play “catch up” in establishing boundaries for appropriate AI use, law firms must step into the gap to help organizations navigate legal risk while yielding the positive benefits of AI.

This presentation will discuss the use of AI in the workplace and highlight some of the developing legal issues that every organization will face, now and in the future.
