    Meeting update due to COVID-19

    Hello Members and Guests,

We hope all of you are staying safe and healthy during this strange 2020 year. I am sure you feel like most of us right now, a little uneasy yet confident we will get through this together while separated. Many of you have been affected by the coronavirus, whether that is through mandatory work from home, longer hours, becoming a home school teacher for your kids or just trying to maintain a sense of normalcy. We are thinking of you all and are hoping for some positive news soon.

ARMA Nebraska has been watching the events closely and trying to make the best decisions for you and our chapter. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we must reschedule our Spring Seminar to June 17th. We will not be having a monthly meeting in April as a group but will continue to have board meetings as needed. We would like to allow everyone time to adapt to their new work lives and to be able to adapt to what might happen this month. We will still have a webex meeting on May 20th with Ryan Sothan from the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office. If any of you have missed Ryan in the past, we encourage you to join. He is a great speaker with a lot of great information.

We will be sending out multiple communications during April to keep you informed of what we are working on or any changes that might occur. Please refer to the website for the most up to date information. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to myself or any of the board members. Thank you all for your patience and understanding during these past few months. This chapter can only be successful with successful members and guests like you.

    Thank You,

    Cori Brock

    President, ARMA Nebraska
