    Robin Martin is Second Vice President, Risk Management for Ameritas in Lincoln, Nebraska. Robin has been with Ameritas for 30 years and has been leading the Records and Information Management Program since 2011. Robin also chairs the company’s Information Governance team (comprised of records management, security, privacy and data governance). Robin also has responsibility for business continuity, imaging and distribution services.

    Robin will provide insight on how Ameritas leveraged file analysis technology to comply with New York State Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Requirements for Financial Services Companies (23 NYCRR 500). This session will provide practical takeaways for information governance practitioners who are thinking about initiating, implementing, managing, scaling and enforcing a successful, recurring program that reduces ROT, secures sensitive data - and complies with various regulatory requirements
