    • More than 30 years of experience - environmental strategy, CERCLA/RCRA, negotiating with regulators, risk communication, environmental management systems, compliance audits and due diligence. 
    • Worked extensively with community work groups/panels that addressed technical issues and resolutions. 
    • Involved with designing and implementing technical advisory committees, among regulators, community members, private industry and interested parties. 
    • Mitigated differing views with more than 50 participants requiring attention. 
    • Vice President of Environmental at Kiewit for over 10 years.
    • Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, South Dakota School of Mines
