    • While starting with a technology background, Shawn has spent his last 20 years leading change under the Records and Information management umbrella. He is also a certified  Records Management Master, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Toastmaster, Change Practitioner, Blockchain Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master and several others. He leads through a User Adoption centric approach to ensure Governance is right-sized to the organizations’ needs and culture.
