Have you ever wondered how other companies manage their retention schedules or run their RM/IG programs?  Well, here’s your opportunity to find out! Bring your questions and get perspectives and thoughts on the basics from our team of experts with more than 70 years of combined experience.

Enter your RM/IG questions to the Panel Discussion here.

Your questions are anonymous unless you up your name in the text box with your question.

Amber Roberts, current Past President, will facilitate this panel.  She currently works at Gavilon as a Sr. IT Support Analyst and is the company’s resident expert on Information Governance.

Jacque Hornung, CRM has served on the board for many years.  She has been with Ameritas for 24 years and is currently a Senior Paralegal.  Jacque has been solving Information Governance problems for over 15 years.

Ember Krumwied, CRM, works for Investco as the Corporate Records Manager/Paralegal.  Since joining ARMA in 2000 she has accumulated 20 years of Records and Information Governance experience, has held every board position, first with the Puget Sound Chapter in Washington State and now with the Nebraska Chapter, and also served as the Chapter Advisor of Operations for the Great NW Region Team.

Sandy Suggitt has been an ARMA member since 2006,  joining the board in July.  She is the Sr. Manager Records Management at Union Pacific Railroad, providing diverse records management support for the past 18 years.

Scott Swanson, CRM recently transitioned to Kiewit.  He’s one of our longest standing members of the chapter and is a Past President.  His experience includes 20 plus years in various Information Governance roles.

Mark Graves also works at Kiewit and leads their Information Governance initiatives.  He’s agreed to be our Master of Ceremonies for our Charity Raffle this year…which you won’t want to miss! We’re raising funds to support the Dream Factory of Nebraska.  This organization is the largest all-volunteer driven children’s wish-granting organization that does not limit its mission to children who have life-threatening illness.  The organization believes children with chronic illnesses and disorders also suffer from substantial emotional and physical pain.  You can find out more at https://dreamfactoryinc.org.

Due to virtual meetings this year, we will be opening up donations to Dream Factory throughout the year. You can click on their site, donate directly to them. For every $10 you donate, you will be entered into a drawing during our December meeting to win fabulous prizes. After donating, please send your donation receipt to [email protected] to be entered.
